During Christmas, I stayed in a resort that had recently been refurbished, and the room was amazing! The bathroom was spacious, and the shower was huge! the location was excellent, only a few minutes' walk from the beach and close to a great selection of cafes. the hotel offered free and unlimited Wi-Fi, which was very convenient.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. the hotel did not provide shampoo, which was a bit frustrating for me.

It was conveniently located close to shops and beaches offered free parking and suited our needs Also was priced well. Unit was good size and bed very comfy

On arrival at 4.50pm no one at desk although we got there before 5 and times advertised said office would be open Talked into intercom which was very hard to hear through and I had to yell loudly to be understood. When finally got my request through was told perfect then was hung up on Waited 20 min for what I thought someone arrive which didnt happen of course. Called again and after more yelling was finally told code to get key which worked well but could have done without the wait and confusion Maybe instructions could be include in the booking. Also Bathroos smelled quite bad Think it was the drains

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, as it was just a short walk to the town centre and the beautiful beach. I loved being able to easily access the main area in Broadbeach for dinner and drinks. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, with everything I needed right at my fingertips. The staff were also extremely helpful and accommodating, ensuring that my stay was as enjoyable as possible. I particularly appreciated the room service and housekeeping services, which added an extra touch of luxury to my experience.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

I thought there could have been some more items within the fridge i.e. more milk sachets, more tea & coffee

This budget apartment complex boasts a great location, with easy access to public transport and close proximity to some excellent dining options. The golden sand beach is just a short stroll away, perfect for a day of relaxation and fun. The spacious apartments are well-appointed, with modern amenities like flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, and in-suite laundry facilities. The pool and BBQ area offer a great spot to chill out and enjoy the sunshine.

Guests should be aware that there is no on-site restaurant or food service available.

We enjoyed our romantic escape at this hotel. The location was great, just a short walk from the beach and a shopping center. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check-in early and leave our bags before leaving. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette in our room.

The room could have been cleaner: there was dust and debris that needed a good vacuum. the dryer kept cutting out during our laundry, which was frustrating.

On the beach, great location close to shops and tram. Spotless pool and spacious room with kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Friendly staff.

Friendly staff. Beautifully maintained gardens. Spacious self-contained one bedroom. Comfortable bed. Quiet area. Close to shops, cafes, cinema. Short walk to beach. Well-built and insulated. Exceptionally clean and well-maintained rooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Allowed to have BBQ and swim.

My recent stay at Montego Sands Resort was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the tram and bus stations, making it easy to explore the area. The unit was well-furnished, with a clean bathroom and kitchen that had everything I needed. The swimming pool looked inviting, although I didn't get a chance to try it. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing useful information and ensuring I had a pleasant stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks mentioned by other guests, overall I had a great experience at this resort. I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.
